The Ivanec Mountaineering Bypass ("Ivanečka planinarska obilaznica"), hereinafter referred to as the IPO, represents eight wonderful locations located at the foot of Mt. Ivančica (1060m), an exceptional mountain peak that dominates the horizon above Ivanec. IPO is not only a symbol of hiking in this beautiful region, but also offers every adventurer the opportunity to discover the magic of the Croatian Zagorje and dive into the colorful past and contemporary lifestyle.

This bypass provides a clearly marked trail that forms a closed circle. Hikers have marked it with hiking signs, signposts and "IPO" signs that guide you safely from one point to another. With a total length of 18 ,5 km, IPO can be visited in one day (approximately 6 hours of pleasant walking), without a time limit, depending on the fitness level.
